1. Delivery Area

EXPRESS CONTENEUR delivers its products throughout Canada, subject to site accessibility and logistical constraints.

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on:

  • product availability
  • customer location
  • weather conditions
  • logistical and transport constraints

As a general rule, deliveries are made within 5 to 10 business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise specified.

3. Access Conditions

The customer must ensure that the delivery location is accessible for:

  • transport trucks
  • specialized trailers
  • lifting or unloading equipment

If the site is difficult to access (narrow terrain, slope, obstacles, unstable ground, etc.), additional fees may apply.

4. Site Preparation

The customer is responsible for:

  • site preparation
  • leveling (if necessary)
  • appropriate foundations or supports
  • required municipal authorizations

EXPRESS CONTENEUR cannot be held responsible for problems related to non-compliant terrain.

5. Installation

When installation service is included:

  • it is carried out according to the specified conditions
  • any unforeseen constraints may result in adjustments or additional fees

6. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges vary according to:

  • distance
  • product type
  • access conditions
  • necessary equipment

The exact amount is confirmed before the final order validation.


7. Delay or Postponement

EXPRESS CONTENEUR cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • weather conditions
  • road restrictions
  • logistical unforeseen circumstances
  • events beyond its control

In case of any change, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.


8. Customer Presence

The customer (or an appointed person) must be present during delivery to:

  • receive the product
  • check its condition
  • validate conformity

9. Refusal of Delivery

In case of unjustified refusal:

  • transport costs remain the responsibility of the customer
  • no refund will be made for incurred expenses

10. Damages or Anomalies

Any anomaly must be reported:

  • immediately upon delivery
  • or within a maximum of 48 hours

Proof (photos, description) will be required.
