Return Policy

1. Nature of Products

The products offered by EXPRESS CONTENEUR (shipping containers, mobile homes, tiny houses, and accessories) are bulky, specific, and sometimes customized goods.
As such, they are not subject to the same return conditions as standard products.

2. Non-Refundable Products

Unless legally required, the following products are neither refundable nor exchangeable:

  • customized or modified products
  • units specifically reserved for the client
  • mobile homes and installed structures
  • products delivered and accepted without reservation

3. Receipt and Verification

The customer must inspect the product at the time of delivery.

Any anomaly (damage, major defect, non-conformity) must be reported:

  • immediately upon delivery
  • or within a maximum of 48 hours

Any claim must be accompanied by proof (photos, description).

4. Claims

In case of proven defect or major problem:

  • an analysis will be carried out by our team
  • a solution may be proposed (repair, adjustment or other)

EXPRESS CONTENEUR reserves the right to determine the appropriate solution depending on the situation.

5. Order Cancellation

Any order confirmed with a deposit may incur cancellation fees.

Products that have already been prepared, reserved, or are in transit generally cannot be canceled.

6. Refusal of Delivery

In case of refusal of delivery without valid reason:

  • transport costs remain the responsibility of the client
  • no refund will be made for incurred costs

7. Exceptional Cases

Any specific request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, without obligation of acceptance.

8. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

  • the accuracy of the information provided
  • the accessibility of the delivery site
  • the conformity of the terrain

No returns can be accepted in case of errors related to these elements.
